Very rude staff especially the lady who does the post office. Don't usually specify but just be prepared for a rude and ignorant tone from them all. I recommend going to the one on the west road for better customer service.

Gave this post office 1 star, this was 1 too many. The post office worker was ignorant, the ‘manager’ both ignorant and rude. I do use the word manager very loosely.

I use this post office on a regular basis and find the staff to be helpful and pleasant. They give advice on correct postage for the item you are sending that covers the value and distance of your parcels. I have observed some disgraceful behaviour towards the staff . Mostly by people who do not know the cost of postage or the very secure regulations that are placed on goods that are to be sent. During these times I have found them to be patient and helpful towards customers . I would not hesitate to recommend this post office to others.
